Avetis

A demonstration electronic health record project developed for clinicians in Armenia by Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

What is an EHR?

An electronic health record (EHR for short) is a digital version of the information stored in a patient’s chart that is shareable. Depending on the EHR it can be shared with other healthcare providers, organizations and even the patient themselves. The EHR will often include things like the patient’s past medical history, medications, allergeries, immunizations and immunizations.

EHRs can be wonderful tools to help improve clinical workflow efficiency, reduce medical errors and allow for patient centered care.

What is Avetis?

Avetis a purpose built EHR for organizations in Armenia. Currently, Avetis represents a number of single use case implementations such as mental health screening, vision screening and managing COVID-19 patients.
